The state of California provided Pedro Bonilla-Salcido with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the university of California Hastings Law School.

The California State Bar found Pedro guilty of the following misconduct.

Pedro’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Allowed balance in client trust account to fall below required amount

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Pedro by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

Pedro’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

• Failed to perform legal services competently (Idiot)
• Failed to appear at deportation hearing on client’s behalf
• Client deported after failure to attend removal hearing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Pedro by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the California State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Pedro.
