Attorney Harold Moberg of Moses Lake, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented Harold J. Moberg with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Washington Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of client funds
• Failed to deposit client funds into client trust account
• Misconduct caused actual injury to client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
