Attorney Arturo Suarez-Silverio of Miami; lying loser

The state of Florida presented Arturo S. Suarez-Silverio with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Arturo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file case opening forms in immigration cases
• Failed to timely file brief despite being contacted by chief deputy clerk
• Misrepresented to clerk that matter was settled
• Lied to deputy clerk that motion pending before board of immigration appeals

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Arturo by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Arturo practices at 160 SW 30^th Avenue in Miami, Florida.
