Attorney Mark Guerry of Twin Falls, ID; lying loser

The state of Idaho presented Mark James Guerry with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Idaho Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made disparaging comments about judicial and legal officials
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Recklessly disregarded the truth when he falsely accused opponent for prosecutor’s race that he got out of several DUIs because district judge intervened on his behalf

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Mark practices in Twin Falls, Idaho.
