Attorney Francis Batcha of Red Bank, NJ; ethical goblin

The state of New Jersey presented Francis Bradford Batcha with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Villanova University Law School. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Fran guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Made material misrepresentations in closing real estate documents
• Refused to accept that his conduct was unethical

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Fran by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2017) Fran practices with Batcha & Batcha at 115 Maple Avenue in Red Bank, New Jersey.
