Solicitor Gregory Elsworthy of New South Wales; slacker

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Gregory John Elsworthy with a law license in 1984.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unreasonable delay in prosecuting client claim
  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Greg practices with Elsworthy Solicitors at 1 Kenrick Street in The Junction, New South Wales, Australia.
