Solicitor David Fleming of New South Wales; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of New South Wales presented David John Fleming with a law license in 1995.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to honor client undertaking
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to notify the client of his intention to pay out funds contrary to his undertaking and agreement not to do so

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Dave practices with Cunningham & Adam at 76 Port Stephens Street in Raymond Terrace, New South Wales, Australia.
