Attorney David Hill of Royal Oak, MI; slacker

The state of Michigan presented David T. Hill with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed expedite client litigation
• Failed to seek client’s lawful legal objectives

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Dave practices with Andreopoulos & Hill PLLC at 28900 Woodward Avenue in Royal Oak , Michigan.
