Attorney Rahn Huffstutler of Perrysburg, OH; ethical dwarf, Dufus, loser

Unfortunately for the citizens of the Toledo, Ohio area, the Ohio Supreme Court presented Rahn Huffstutler with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

At one time Mr. Huffstutler worked as a project engineer for Chrysler Corp. After being fired by Chrysler he applied for a job with attorney David R. Pheils, Jr. After a short interview, Pheils immediately recognized that Huffstutler had the attributes and willingness to engage in unethical conduct to enrich himself and Pheils’ firm.

Shortly after joining Pheils’ law firm, Huffstutler became an expert witness in a product liability lawsuit against Chrysler that was being pursued by the Pheils firm. Huffstutler was testifying to trade secrets he learned while on Chrysler’s payroll. A federal judge eventually ordered Huffstutler to cease and desist from divulging Chrysler trade secrets. This was obviously one of the unethical attributes that attorney David Pheils, Jr. recognized during his preliminary meeting with Rahn the Loser.

As a member of the Pheils firm, Huffstutler was required to give false testimony in defending malpractice lawsuits against the firm and/or to defend against multiple ethics complaints filed against Pheils and his cadre of unethical attorneys.

As we speak (ca. July 2011) Rahn the Loser continues to practice his brand of unethical law at 134 W. S. Boundary Street in Perrysburg, Ohio.
