Attorney Francis Soave of Grosse Pointe Park, MI; thieving slacker

The state of Michigan presented Francis N. Soave with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Franny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep clients informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to return unearned fee (thief)
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Franny!)
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Franny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Franny practices with Soave Law LLC at 15001 East Jefferson Avenue in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan.
