Attorney Scott Keillor of Ypsilanti, MI; ethical leprechaun

The state of Michigan presented Scott A. Keillor with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improperly client/third party funds in office account
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Engaged in conduct exposing legal profession to contempt (What’s new?)
  • Engaged in conduct contrary to ethics, honesty or good morals

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Scotty practices at 2160 Washtenaw Road in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
