Attorney Alan Giacomi of Waterbury, CT; cheating loser

The state of Connecticut provided Alan M. Giacomi with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the Quinnipiac College School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to perform any services on behalf of clients despite receipt of $3,400 upfront fee
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Charged or collected an unreasonable fee [cheater]
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Improperly with client representation
  • Failed to return client file to client upon termination

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Alan practices at 49 Leavenworth Street in Waterbury, Connecticut.
