Attorney Earl Erland of Greenville, MI; convicted drunk

The state of Michigan presented Earl E. Erland with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Earl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Earl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
