The state of Michigan presented Marlo D. Bruch with a law license in 1988.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Marlo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest involving two or more clients
• Failed to seek client’s lawful objectives
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do
• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to her

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Marlo by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Marlo practices with the Bruch Law Offices PLLC at 229 East Michigan Avenue in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
