Attorney Barry Wagner of Phoenix; ethical gnome

The State of Arizona presented Barry S. Wagner with a law license in 2004 after he graduated the University of Miami Law School.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to satisfy client medical liens after receipt of settlement funds
• Failed to keep clients advised of status of payment of medical liens
• Disbursed settlement funds to clients that resulted in the conversion of other client funds
• Barry’s records showed thirty-five (35) instances wherein he over-disbursed to clients or third parties

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Barry practices with the Law Offices of Barry S. Wagner at 3960 East Hummingbird Lane in Phoenix, Arizona.
