Judge James Allen of the United Kingdom; misogynist, wife beater, liar   Unfortunately the powers-to-be in England presented James Allen with a law license in 1973. Even more unfortunate was Jimmy’s elevation to the bench in 1995.
On June 21, 2001, Jimmy the Pugilist was found guilty of domestic violence (punching his wife) after a trial before judge Wickham at the Bradford magistrate’s court. After finding Jimmy guilty, Judge Wickham said, “I am satisfied that this defendant lost his temper at the end of a difficult time for himself and his family, with all the stresses of family life and all the traveling, and that he assaulted his wife. I find the matter proved.”
Apparently, Jimmy the Wimp was upset when he returned home from a week long holiday in Scotland to find his wife consoling a housekeeper rather than performing the duties he hired her for which was to promptly prepare his meals.
Judge Allen’s Hyperbolic (BS) Defense to Assaulting Wife
  In a lame attempt at levity, Jimmy the Wife Beater laughingly claimed that his wife repeatedly punched herself in the face. This was Jimmy the Comic’s defense to punching his wife.
In reality, Jimmy is asking us to believe that his wife repeatedly punched his fist with her face. Ol’ Jimmy clearly missed his calling as a standup comedian.
As punishment for assaulting his wife, Judge Wickham placed Jimmy the Wife Beater on probation and ordered him to pay £5,000 ($8,000 US) costs for a “dangerous and unpleasant” attack on his wife. Apparently in England there is such a thing as a “pleasant” attack on one’s wife. How cool is that Guys?
Jimmy will remain on the bench while he continues to collect an undeserved annual salary of £18,296 ($206,000) at the expense of overtaxed Englanders.
