Judge Cynthia Williams of Hillsboro, OH; drunken loser

The state of Ohio presented Cynthia Ann Williams with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Northern Kentucky University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Cynthia guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Cynthia was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI).

Because Judicial Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, the local prosecutor and sitting judge agreed to reduce the DUI charge to reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Cynthia by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Cynthia continues to sit (when sober only) as a Magistrate Judge in the Domestic Relations Division of the Highland County Court of Common Pleas in Hillsboro, Ohio.
