Attorney Robert Schoch of High Point, NC; ethical elf

The state of North Carolina presented Robert R. Schoch with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with local norms of courtesy
• Failed to comply with court order
• Made derogatory remarks about another attorney
• Interacted in a disruptive and improper manner

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Bobby gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
