Attorney Jacqueline Morris-Goodson of Oxford, NC; ethical elf

The state of North Carolina presented Jacqueline C. Morris-Goodson with a law license in 1977 after she graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Jackie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed on at least two (2) occasions to participate in mandatory fee dispute resolution program
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jackie!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Jackie gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
