Attorney Samuel Harrod III of Eureka, IL; serial perjurer

The state of Illinois presented Samuel G. Harrod III with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false statements under oath before ethics boards (perjury)
• False testimony related to attestation of the Last Will and Testament of Sidney Winkler
• Falsely testified on three (3) occasions that the will of Sidney Winkler was valid and that it had been properly attested by Sammy and his lying brother
• Testified falsely in a criminal trial in which he was found guilty of perjury

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (January 2018), Sammy practices at 702 Zion Ridge Court in Eureka, Illinois.
