Attorney Crystal Bush of Schaumburg, IL; repeat offender

The state of Illinois presented Crystal R. Bush with a law license in 1996.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Crystal guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Crystal failed to promptly comply with your client's request that you account for the $10,000 in attorney's fees that you collected from the proceeds of the sale of the decedent's estate in connection with her handling of a probate matter.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Crystal’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Crystal by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (February 2018), Crystal practices with the Law Offices of Crystal R. Bush at 1900 East Gulf Road in Schaumburg, Illinois.
