The state of Illinois presented Robert Manley Naiman with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to assure clients’ tax returns filed before filing deadline
• Failed to promptly return a client's property after being discharged
• Engaged in conduct bringing legal profession into disrepute (What’s new?)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (January 2018), Bobby practices with Robert M. Naiman Ltd. at 301 Burr Oak Avenue in Deerfield, Illinois.
