Attorney Ellen Rubin of Tucson, AZ; lying loser

The state of Arizona presented Ellen Ruth Rubin with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Ellen also received a law license from the state of Illinois in 1994.

The Arizona State Bar found Ellen guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ellen found it acceptable in failing to provide relevant information to a judge about her client’s criminal status. In doing so, she vailed to tell the court that her client had been indicted for burglary at a sentencing hearing for her client.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Ellen by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand

As we speak (January 2018), Ellen practices with the Pima County Public Defender at 33 North Stone Avenue in Tucson, Arizona.
