The state of Connecticut provided Alphonse J. Balzano Jr. with a law license in 1992.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Refused to pay funds belong to client of $14,500 for 11 months

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
