Attorney Joseph Notopoulos of West Hartford, CT; bullying loser

The state of Connecticut provided Joseph James Notopoulos with a law license in 1969.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Conduct intended to disrupt a tribunal
• Made statements without reasonable basis of any facts
• Inappropriately attacked the local probate court
• Spewed forth abusive insulting comments re: trial court and opposing counsel

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. April 2017) Joey practices in West Hartford, Connecticut.
