Attorney John Kerr of Mechanicsburg, PA; convicted of serial bribery

The state of Pennsylvania presented John M. Kerr with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jonny was convicted of 139 specific charges including bribery in official and political matters; violation of the Pennsylvania Conflict of Interest Act; criminal attempt to obstruct administration of law or other governmental function; demanding property to secure employment and criminal conspiracy.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Johnny by revoking his license.

However, the comedians sitting on the Court subsequently voted to reinstate Johnny’s law license. Apparently, they believed Johnny had a constitutional right to earn a dishonest living practicing law. Thanks to these moronic comedians, there is one more convicted with a law license running amuck in the greater Mechanicsburg area.

As we speak (ca. July 2017) Johnny practices with John Kerr Law PC at 5010 Ritter Road in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
