Attorney Walter Stenhach of Coudersport, PA; convicted tax cheat

The state of Pennsylvania presented Walter Stenhach with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School. 

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Walter guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Walter was convicted of willful failure to file and pay Pennsylvania state income taxes for two (2) consecutive years.

It should be noted that this was Walter’s second conviction for tax evasion.

As we speak (ca. April 2013) Walter practices with the Stenhach & Stenhach Law Offices at 28 East Second Street in Coudersport, Pennsylvania.
