Attorney George Stenhach of Coudersport, PA; convicted tax cheat

The state of Pennsylvania presented George Stenhach with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found George guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, George was convicted of willful failure to file and pay Pennsylvania state income taxes for two (2) consecutive years.

It should be noted that this was George’s second conviction for tax evasion.

As we speak (ca. August 2013) George practices with the Stenhach & Stenhach Law Offices at 28 East Second Street in Coudersport, Pennsylvania.
