Attorney Robert Roth of Olney, IL; scofflaw

The state of Illinois presented Robert Earle Roth with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the John Marshall Law.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law in state he wasn’t licensed to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (June 2018), Bobby practices at 101 South Elliott Street in Olney, Illinois.
