Attorney Scott Wippert of Oxnard, CA; serial drunken convict

The state of California presented Scott Shay Wippert with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Scottie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Pled guilty of driving under the influence (DUI), second offense
• Violated terms of probation re: first DUI conviction

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Scottie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand reproval.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Scottie practices with Wippert & Bramson at 3600 South Harbor Blvd in Oxnard, California.
