Attorney Barbara Smart of Hayward, CA; imbecile

The state of California presented Barbara Ann Smart with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from the New England School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Barb guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to appear at nine scheduled bankruptcy court hearings
• Caused unreasonable delay in 12 bankruptcy cases
• Failed to comply with client status report requests

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Barb by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand reproval.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Barb practices with Smart Legal Services at 22693 Hesperian Blvd in Hayward , California.
