Attorney Emmanuel West of Stone Mountain, GA; ethical elf

The state of Georgia presented Emanuel Lucas West with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Southern University Law School in Los Angeles.

The Georgia State Bar found Emmanuel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to consult with client as to means to purse client objectives
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Emmanuel by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Emmanuel practices with E.L. West & Associates LLC at 5300 Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
