Former Judge Maynard Hamilton, Jr. of Lancaster, PA: Mike Tyson Wannabee, coward, loser
Unfortunately, former Gov. Robert Casey was not served well when he was advised to appoint Maynard the Pugilist as a District Court Judge in Lancaster in 1988.
While providing useless judicial services to the local taxpayers, Maynard became upset with Sergeant Robert Buser of the Southern Regional Police Department when he failed to comply with his orders. Subsequently, Maynard the Pugilist was found guilty of the following pugilistic and potty mouth accomplishments while attending a birthday party by the Court of Judicial Discipline.
After punishing Maynard by gifting him with a nine-month suspension from the bench, the comedians sitting on the Court of Judicial Discipline made the following laughable statement regarding Maynard’s conduct.
“The severe sanction imposed by the court sends a clear signal that the high standards of integrity [what integrity?] and ethical conduct which the public reasonably expects of its judges extends beyond the limits of the judge’s court.”
As is usually the case when dealing with Judicial Misfits like Maynard the Pugilist, he was never criminally charged for assaulting a police officer. This only further confirms that Judicial Misfits are held to a much lower standard of conduct then we are.
Think you’d have received a pass if you sucker punched a police officer?
