Attorney David Wolfe of Phoenix; druggie

The state of Arizona presented David J. Wolfe with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave knowingly breached the terms of his probation because of his testing positive for methamphetamine.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a 6-month extension of his probation.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Dave practices in Phoenix, Arizona.
