Attorney Rickey Watson of Houston, TX; ambulance chasing loser
The state of Texas presented Rickey Arnold Watson with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.
The 61st District Court of Harris County found Rickey guilty of the following misconduct.

-
Failed to explain the matters to the extent necessary to permit his clients to make informed decisions regarding the representation
-
Failed to completely carry out obligation owed to client
-
Made a false statement of material fact to third party
-
Failed to reasonably protect client’s interests upon termination
-
Utilized means having no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay or unduly burden a third party
-
Sent written solicitations to prospective clients which resembled legal pleadings or other legal documents
-
Knowingly violated rules or assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another, whether or not such violation occurred in the course of a client-lawyer relationship
-
Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Rickey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Rickey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. March 2017), Rickey practices at 2626 South Loop West in Houston, Texas.
