Attorney Avery Chapman of Wellington, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida presented Avery Spencer with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Yeshiva University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Avery guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligent regarding bookkeeping
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Negligently misappropriated (stole) client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Avery by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Melton practices with the Chapman Law Group PLC at 12008 Southshore Blvd in Wellington, Florida.
