Judge James Piampiano of Rochester, NY; bullying loser

The state of New York presented James J. Piampiano with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The New York Commisison on Judicial Conduct found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to be patient, courteous and dignified to attorneys and others during court proceedings
• Improperly threatened to have to place prosecutor in handcuffs
• Failed to act with integrity
• Failed to act in manner to promote public’s confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to act in an impartial manner
• Improperly commented to media on pending case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Jimmy continues to sit as the Hastings Town Justice Court Judge in Hastings, New York.
