Attorney Kurt Hayes of Seekonk, MA; slacker

The state of Massachusetts presented Kurt M. Hayes with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Kurt guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to seek client’s lawful objectives
• Made improper withdrawal of funds to pay legal fees
• Failed to maintain individual client ledgers
• Failed to reconcile trust account every 60 days

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Kurt by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2017) Kurt practices with Kurt Hayes PC at 21 Industrial Court in Seekonk, Massachusetts.
