Attorney William Henchy of Orleans, MA; ethical gremlin

The state of Massachusetts presented William C. Henchy with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Billy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2017) Billy practices at 165 Cranberry Highway in Orleans, Massachusetts.
