Attorney Randy Hitchcock of Marblehead, MA; rubber check

The state of Massachusetts presented Randy M. Hitchcock with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the New England Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the negligent use of client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Improper keeping of trust fund records
• Wrote check on insufficient fund account (rubber)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in Massachusetts are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Randy was never prosecuted for writing bad checks.

As we speak (ca. March 2017) Randy practices with Whitfield Sharp & Hitchcock LLC at 196 Atlantic Avenue in Marblehead, Massachusetts.
