Attorney Edward Holzberg of Danvers, MA; ethical goblin

The state of Massachusetts presented Edward P. Holzberg with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Assisted non-attorney in engaging in illegal practice of law
• Never spoke with or met with client for nearly a year
• Failed to advise client paralegal not licensed attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2017) Eddie practices at 130 Sylvan Street in Danvers, Massachusetts.
