Attorney Daniel Honore of Boston; idiot, serial offender

The state of Massachusetts presented Daniel Lamartine Honore with a law license in 1993.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to decline or terminate representation when required to so act
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Danny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2017) Danny practices at 35 Kingston Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
