Attorney William Hoo of Boston; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented William W. Hoo with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligence led to misuse of client trust funds
• Failed to perform a three-way reconciliation of an IOLTA account
• Failed to comply with required recordkeeping rules

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. Maay 2017) Billy practices with the Law Offices of William W. Soohoo, P.C.  at 1146 Washington Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
