The state of Massachusetts presented Mark Clinton Hooper Jr. with a law license in 1993.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Admitted guilty in Woburn District Court to resisting arrest
• Failed to comply with state trooper’s requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
