Attorney Bruce Hopper of Worcester, MA; ethical leprechaun

The state of Massachusetts presented Bruce Edward Hopper with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to assure bookkeeping methods complied with rules
• Failed to reconcile trust account every sixty days
• Check register lacked client identifiers
• Failed to calculate running balance in trust account
• Failed to main individual ledgers for each cleint matter
• F

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. june 2017) Bruce practices with Hopper & Associates at Two Foster Street in Worcester, Massachusetts.
