Attorney Mark Horrigan of Lynn, MA; ethical gremlin

The state of Massachusetts presented Mark S. Horrigan with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.  

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to assure bookkeeping methods complied with rules
• Failed to reconcile trust account every sixty days
• Check register lacked client identifiers
• Failed to calculate running balance in trust account
• Failed to main individual ledgers for each cleint matter
• Failed to main ledger for personal funds in account to cover bank charges

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2017) Mark practices with Horrigan Norman PA at 154 Lynnway in Lynn, Massachusetts.
