Attorney Stephen Ullrich of Indianapolis; check bouncer

The state of Indiana provided Stephen Paul Ullrich with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Wrote several checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Stevie.

Because Attorney Misfits in Indiana are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Mark was never criminally charged for writing bad checks.

As we speak (ca. September 2017) Stevie practices with The Law Office of Stephen Ullrich at 7335 Mariner Way in Indianapolis, Indiana.
