VP Mike Pence’s 1st post-election lie: didn’t know Gen. Flynn was agent for Turkey

In early March 2017, it was reported that Gen. Michael Flynn, who was appointed as National Security Advisor by Donald “Trumporleone” Trump was a paid foreign agent of Turkey. In fact, he way paid $530,000 by the Turkish government for lobbying he did over a three-month period of time. We know this is true because Flynn belatedly filed a notice with the State Department admitting he was a paid foreign agent for Turkey during the Trump campaign and after Trump won the election.

In November 2016, U.S. Rep. Cummings sent Pence a letter informing him of his concerns that Gen. Flynn was in fact a foreign agent. In addition, there were numerous newspaper articles disclosing the fact that Flynn was a foreign agent in the employ of the Turkish government.

Despite being advised by Rep. Cummings, Pence has the chutzpah to deny that he had any knowledge that Flynn was a foreign agent until he

During a March 9, 2017 interview on the Fox News Comedy Network said he had just learned about Flynn being a paid Turkish foreign agent on March 7, 2017.

There’s no dispute that Mike was lying that he did not discover that Flynn was a foreign agent until early March 2017. Mike the Liar would have us believe that from November 18, 2016 through March 7, 2017, a period of f108 days that he had absolutely no clue that Flynn was a foreign agent.

Mike’s statement of total ignorance that Flynn was a agent of Turkey on March 9, 2017 doesn’t pass the involuntary laugh test. To be fair to Mike, it is obvious that prior to receiving the nod from The Don for the Vice President position, Mike was required to promise that he would lie whenever The Don felt it was necessary.
