Attorney Philip Dann of St. Petersburg, FL; disgusting cheat

The state of Florida provided Philip Winston Dann with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter involving his representation of a client suffering from dementia, Phil had himself made sole beneficiary of the client’s trust and had the client sign a letter authorizing Dann to pay himself, his wife and his teenage daughter $10,000 each on an annual basis.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.
