Attorney Nashid Sabir of Miami, FL; ethical leprechaun

The state of Florida provided Nashid Sabir with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Nashid guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Nashid!)
  • Failed to adequately prepare for client’s asylum hearing
  • Failed to file witness list in timely manner for asylum matter
  • Failed to communicate with client re: nature of asylum proceedings
  • Denial of asylum appeal failed due to failure to file required brief

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Nashid by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Nashid practices at 18441 NW 2nd Avenue in Miami, Florida.
